Rove has once again launched a 50% transfer bonus to JAL. Normally, Rove transfers 1:1 to Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, but now 1,000 Rove Miles can be converted into 1,500 JAL Miles. We now have an exclusive Rove signup link: new users get 1,500 Rove Miles instantly upon registration, which is quite a bit better than the regular 500-mile referral offer. Currently, Rove requires a minimum of 2,000 Miles to transfer points, so after receiving the 1,500 signup points, you still need to earn at least another 500 points before you can transfer them out.

What’s even more interesting is that Rove hotel bookings have recently been showing quite a few high earning rates. People have already found 39X and 46X rates, and with Boost stacked on top, some have reached as high as 56X. Factoring in the 50% JAL transfer bonus, that can mean up to 84X back. If you happen to need a hotel stay anyway, using Rove can be a very good fit: in addition to booking the stay you already need, you can earn a lot of points.
If your first hotel booking is over $1,000, you can also use promo code POINTWISE1000 to get an extra 5,000 points.
