RebatesMe is a cashback portal that offers users around the world high-rate cashback on overseas merchants, deals, overseas shopping coupon codes, overseas shopping tips, and more. The merchant selection is very comprehensive, covering more than a dozen categories, including baby products, electronics, cosmetics, outdoors, and more. It supports PayPal and Alipay withdrawals, and it also supports fast payouts—cash out as soon as 2 to 3 days after placing an order!
I took a look through the entire site, and many of the merchants are stores that Chinese shoppers really like, with pretty good cashback rates too. Another standout feature is how well it works with package forwarding. You can cash out your cashback to a forwarding company just a few days after placing an order and use it to pay shipping fees (most cashback sites take about 1 to 3 months to pay out). You can also withdraw cashback to Alipay, so it is pretty much built to fit overseas shoppers. For U.S. users, of course, the main draw is the cashback rates at stores that Chinese shoppers like.

Basic Features
Earn Cashback
Just use RebatesMe’s search bar to look up the merchant you want to shop at. For example, search for Sephora and you will see Sephora’s merchant introduction, along with which items are eligible for cashback. Complete your purchase on Sephora’s official site to earn cashback.
Click Tracking
After you click through RebatesMe to another merchant, the click record will appear in Click History. If cashback for that purchase does not track, you can manually add the order when filing a claim using the tracked click record.
Withdraw Cashback
As long as the cashback in your account exceeds the minimum amount, you can request a withdrawal. Standard withdrawal methods include PayPal and check. With gift card withdrawals, you can get up to an extra 10% bonus, and fast payouts can be transferred to a forwarding company account to pay shipping fees.

Stores Popular with Chinese Shoppers
After registering, you can switch to the Chinese-language page to view some merchants that are popular with Chinese shoppers. There are merchants with double cashback every day, and they are all stores that Chinese shoppers like to buy from.
Fast Payout (Feb. 2021 update: temporarily discontinued)
One interesting feature is that they offer fast cashback: 1 to 7 days after shopping, you can transfer the cashback directly to a forwarding company to pay shipping fees. In general, cashback sites need 1 to 3 months to pay out, such as Ebates, which used to pay after three months. That is because merchants need to confirm that the purchase is complete and will not be refunded before they release the money to the cashback site, and only then can the cashback site pass part of it on to users. The reason RebatesMe can pay out early is that once something is forwarded, the chance of a refund is basically gone, so they can advance the money to cover your shipping.
All in all, this is pretty useful for overseas shoppers or anyone who wants to send items back to China through a forwarding company.
Forwarder Partnerships
They also partner with quite a few forwarding companies and offer sign-up bonuses and other perks. Worth checking out if you need one. Forwarding companies usually have receiving addresses in tax-free states, so if you are not worried about damage, shipping directly to the forwarding company and then sending it home from there is also a good option. That way, you do not have to have it shipped to your home, repack it, and ship it out again.
