Mercury 对海外 Founder 比较友好。符合 Mercury 要求的美国公司可以在线申请，Founder 不要求一定是美国公民或美国居民，国际申请人也可以使用护照完成身份验证，中国、加拿大、新加坡等国都可以远程开户。不过公司类型、业务、经营地址和 Founder 居住地区仍然需要符合 Mercury 的开户要求。

关于 Mercury

Mercury 是一个把公司常用金融工具集中到一起的 Fintech 平台。目前有超过 300,000 家公司和创业者使用 Mercury 管理财务，Checking 和 Savings 账户由 Mercury 的合作银行提供，同时 ACH、Wire、Invoice、Bill Pay、费用管理以及其他财务软件也都可以在同一个平台里完成。

Mercury Free Plan 目前是 $0/月，也没有最低余额要求。Domestic USD Wire 和 International USD Wire 都免费，符合条件的 Checking 和 Savings 存款还可以通过 Mercury 的合作银行及 Sweep Network，最高获得 $5 Million 的 FDIC Insurance**。对于线上 Business、Startup、Agency、SaaS 以及其他绝大多数财务操作都在线完成的公司来说，这种一体化的使用方式是 Mercury 相比传统商业账户比较大的优势之一。

Mercury 在 2019 年上线，投资方包括 Sequoia Capital、Coatue、CRV 和 Andreessen Horowitz。它最早主要在 Startup 圈子里比较流行，不过现在也有很多普通 LLC、电商、咨询公司、Agency、软件公司和其他线上 Business 在使用。

开户和奖励

开户奖励

开户材料

Mercury 跟 Chase、US Bank 这类传统商业账户有一个比较大的区别，就是不能随便拿 Sole Proprietorship 去申请。目前比较常见可以申请的类型包括 LLC、C Corporation、S Corporation、Partnership 和 Non-Profit，Sole Proprietorship 和 Trust 目前不支持。公司本身需要正式注册在美国或者美国领地，并且有 State-filed Formation Document。，具体可以看

申请的时候一般需要填写公司 Legal Name、EIN、实际经营内容、Source of Funds、美国现有或者计划中的 Business Operations 以及实际经营地址。如果触发验证，需要提供 Articles of Organization、Articles of Incorporation、Certificate of Formation 等公司注册文件。持股 25% 以上的 Beneficial Owner 都需要提供资料，另外还要指定至少一名实际负责公司运营的人。也可以看官方列举的 Eligibility and Requirements 页面。

EIN 文件也需要是 IRS 正式出具或者确认过的文件，例如 CP575、147C，或者 IRS 返回的 SS-4；只有一张自己填好、还没有 IRS 回执的 SS-4 一般不够。具体接受哪些文件，可以参考 Mercury 官方文件要求。

美国之外的申请

Founder 不要求一定是美国公民，也不要求是美国居民。只要公司正式注册在美国或者美国领地，有现有或者计划中的美国业务，并且符合 Mercury 的其他开户要求，Founder 人在海外也可以申请。国际申请人也可以使用护照完成身份验证。公司的 Principal Place of Business 也不一定非得是美国地址，符合条件的海外实体地址或者住宅地址也可能符合要求。不过 Registered Agent、P.O. Box、UPS Store 不能直接拿来当公司的实际经营地址。

我朋友使用全套中国个人信息+美国的公司信息，通过我们的链接开户。验证完公司信息，直接就通过拿到账户了。还是非常丝滑和高效的。

另外 Mercury 对 Founder 所在地区和 Business Type 也有限制，Money Services Business、Internet Gambling、Cannabis 等部分行业目前不支持，一些国家和地区的居民也暂时无法开户。这里判断的是居住地，不完全是国籍，所以特殊情况申请以前最好看一下最新的 Prohibited Countries and Regions 。

账户和费用

Mercury 的基础方案费用比较简单，目前是 $0/月，没有最低余额要求，也不用为了免月费每个月完成什么额外任务。ACH、Domestic USD Wire 和 International USD Wire 都可以免费使用，这也是我觉得它比较适合线上 Business 的地方之一。最新的收费标准可以直接看 Mercury Pricing 。

除了基础套餐，Mercury 还有 Plus 和 Pro 两个付费套餐。对大多数小公司来说，一开始使用 Free Plan 就够了。Plus 主要增加更完整的 Invoicing 和财务管理功能，包括 Recurring Invoice、ACH Debit 收款、Invoicing API 和不限次数的 1099 申报；Pro 则进一步增加 Relationship Manager、更完整的 NetSuite 自动化，以及更高的 Invoicing API 额度等功能。具体区别可以参考 Mercury Pricing 。

Mercury 不支持现金存款。对于餐馆、便利店、美容店这类经常会收到大量现金的 Business，我通常会更倾向 Chase 或 Bank of America 这类有实体网点的传统银行。对于线上 Business 来说，这个限制的影响就小很多。

Mercury IO Card

开好 Mercury 以后，符合条件的公司还可以使用 Mercury IO Card.*** IO 是 Corporate Charge Card，不是我们平时 Chase Ink、AMEX Business Gold 那种传统 Revolving Business Credit Card，它的资格主要根据公司和 Mercury 的账户情况判断，不需要按照普通商业信用卡的方式用个人信用去申请。

从华人的角度，没有 SSN 也可以拿到一张美国卡，用来支付美国各种产品，非常的方便！

公司可以给不同员工发实体卡或者 Virtual Card，也可以给 AWS、Google Ads、Meta 这些商家分别单独建卡，再给每张卡设置 Spend Limit。以后某个 SaaS 不用了，直接把对应那张卡关掉就行，不会牵连公司其他订阅。如果主要目标是刷卡奖励，传统 Business Credit Card 里面有很多奖励更高的选择。

其他功能

Mercury Perks

Mercury 还有一个挺有意思的地方，就是开户以后可以使用他家的 Startup Perks. Mercury 官方目前称有 300+ 个合作优惠，主要集中在云服务、开发工具、会计、HR、远程办公、AI 和电商。比如：

很多优惠都有新用户、融资阶段或者公司规模限制，只有本来就需要这个软件的时候才真的值钱。不过如果刚成立 Startup，AWS、GitHub、Notion、会计软件这些本来就准备花钱买，那么 Perks 的实际价值完全有可能比前面的开户奖励还高。

自动分账、Virtual Card 和 Invoice

Mercury 很多价值来自把公司的 Finance Operations 集中在一个地方。比如可以建多个 Checking / Savings 分别放 Operating、Tax、Payroll、Profit、Ad Spend，然后设置 Auto Transfer Rules。假设 Stripe 每个月进来 $20,000，可以自动把 25% 转进 Tax、10% 转进 Profit，剩下的继续留在 Operating；也可以给 Payroll Account 设置一个固定 Target Balance，钱少了自动补，多出来再转走。对公司账越来越多以后，这种自动分账还是挺省事的。

Virtual Card 也是类似的思路。AWS 一张、Google Ads 一张、Meta 一张，每张卡分别设置额度或者 Merchant Lock，哪个服务出问题直接处理对应的卡，不需要把其他订阅全部重新换一遍。这个对广告、电商、SaaS 公司比“可以开很多虚拟卡”本身更有意义。收款这边，Mercury 自己也做了 Invoicing。一个比较特别的功能是给不同客户分配独立的 Virtual Account Number，客户还是正常通过 ACH 或 Wire 付款，但不用把公司真正的 Account Number 到处发，而且后面对账时也比较容易知道这笔钱到底是谁付的。这些功能对只有一个人的小 LLC 不一定每个都用得到，不过公司开始有多个客户、员工、Vendor 和各种 SaaS 订阅以后，就能看出它跟传统商业账户的区别了。

Mercury Books

Mercury Books 是 2026 年 9 月刚上线的新功能。它是一套直接整合进 Mercury 的 Double-entry Accounting 系统。Mercury 里面的交易、Invoice 和 Bill Pay 可以自动进入账本，也可以连接外部银行、信用卡以及 Stripe、PayPal、Gusto 等平台，然后自动 Categorize 和 Reconcile，最后直接生成 P&L、Balance Sheet、Cash Flow。以前比较常见的流程是 Mercury → QuickBooks / Xero → Accountant，现在 Mercury Books 把中间这层会计系统也放进了同一个平台。

Books 在 2026 年底以前对 Mercury 用户免费。****从 2027 年 1 月 1 日开始是 $35/月，而且是单独的 Subscription，不包含在 Plus 或 Pro 里面。官方的详细介绍可以看 Introducing Mercury Books.

这个功能毕竟刚上线，我觉得现在还不用为了它专门迁移已经成熟的会计系统。如果公司账务比较简单，而且绝大多数财务活动本来就在 Mercury，Mercury Books 会更值得尝试。
