Premier Checking 的升級獎勵又來了，需要在下面領取 code，然後去當地分行開戶。存款金額要求比較高，需要 $250,000 新轉入資金，不過資金可以放在 Saving、CD、Invest Account 中，賺取更高利息或者投資收益。這個戶口持有人申請信用卡本身也有一定額外獎勵，還是有點用的。

普通 Checking 迎新優惠 $400 來了！而且 Direct Deposit 要求並不高，只需要三個月內合共 $1,000 即可。用 LemFi 轉賬就可以搞定。活動 11 月 9 日截止

迎新優惠要求如下：

  • 開戶時需至少存入 $25；
  • 開戶後，90 天內完成 Direct Deposit，總額 $1,000 以上；（直接用 LemFi 轉賬就可以搞定，非常穩）
  • 在迎新優惠入賬前需要確保 Checking 餘額大於 0

富國銀行（Wells Fargo & Company）是一家美國跨國金融服務公司，總部位於加利福尼亞州三藩市，在美國各地設有中央辦事處。按市值計算，它是全球第四大銀行；按總資產計算，它是美國第四大銀行。他家一個黑點就是曾經有僱員盜用了用戶資料，私自為用戶開通了很多信用卡。另外，他家的信用卡也比較奇葩，只接受綠卡持有人或者公民申請。也有數據點說，持有他家的 Checking 也能申請到信用卡。

Direct Deposit

如果你不想用或者沒有工資可以完成 DD，可以選用下面一些非官方途徑轉賬（ACH）或者提款（Withdraw）來滿足 $1,000 要求（來源：DOC）。步驟就是將 Wells Fargo 添加為另一間銀行的 external bank，然後發起轉賬。或者將 Wells Fargo 添加到投資或者 PayPal 帳戶，直接提款就可以。

  • ACH 轉賬：Chase、Discover、AMEX serve
  • 投資戶口：Schwab、Fidelity、Robinhood
  • 其他：PayPal、Venmo
  • 由於 Wells Fargo 的數據點較為不穩定，建議大家查看：DOC 的總結

根據網友匯報，滿足 DD 條件後，幾個工作日內迎新優惠就入賬了。所以如果你沒入賬，可以換其他可當作 DD 的方法。你可以去當地 Branch 開戶，也可以在上述連結中選擇 in-branch，取得一個優惠碼。如果你是 F1 resident，可以直接網上開戶，但可能需要提供額外材料，例如駕照/State ID、學生簽證、護照、信用卡賬單等等。

費用

Everyday Checking $10 月費，做到以下任意一條就可以免除

  • 每月 10+ 次扣賬卡 purchases or payments（正常刷卡或者網上消費均可）
  • 每月 $500 的 Direct Deposit，可以分多筆
  • 每天至少 $1,500 的 balance（每天結算時的金額都要高於這個值）
  • Link this account to a Wells Fargo Campus ATM or Campus Debit Card
  • 17-24 歲人士無月費

另外這三個 checking 都沒有 early termination fee，意味著理論上你拿到迎新優惠後就可以關戶了。不過建議還是多持有一段時間

Saving（暫無獎勵）

現在又出了一個 saving $525 迎新優惠，需要開戶時存入 $25，並且 30 天內存入 $25,000 且保持 90 天。如果你是現有用戶，也有專門連結可用。不過都需要去當地 Wells Fargo 銀行開戶。這個優惠還不錯，按照年化利率計算，大概是 8.4% 左右，如果有閒錢，可以考慮做一做。當然最好是 checking、saving、premier checking 都安排上。premier checking 的迎新優惠，如果你要做的話，saving 裏存的錢也是計算在內的。所以相當於可以順便多拿一份 saving 迎新優惠。

儲蓄戶口雖然有 $5 月費，但免除條件很容易滿足，第一條每日至少 $300 餘額是最容易的。

我的點評

如果能成功開戶，獎勵還是很不錯的，而且 direct deposit 的要求並不高。如果你對其他開戶獎賞感興趣，可以考慮以下優惠

支票戶口的開戶獎賞需要報稅，銀行會在第二年寄出 1099INT，按利息申報即可。
