 很显然，AMEX 已经开始分析大量使用 AMEX Bluebird 和 AMEX Serve 的“异常”充资方式，并已经着手禁止一（大）部分账号充资。如果你还有 Serve 或 Bluebird 没死，并且还有开卡消费没有完成，我强烈建议你马上就去 Walmart, Rite Aid 或 Family Dollar 去把剩下来的 VGC 充完。因为杀鸟很可能只是一个时间问题。幸运的是，被杀的鸟里的余额还是可以动用的，不会像 NetSpend 一样要等着寄余额的支票过来。

我该怎么制造消费（MS）？

暂时，如果 Serve 和 Bluebird 已经死了，用 VGC 购买 Money Order 会是现存的一个最方便的办法来完成开卡消费。如果信用卡的返现够多的话，也可以考虑用 Plastiq 来支付房租。如果金额小可以尝试各类 Buxx。我们也会报道一些新的 MS 方式。你有 Serve/Bluebird 被关了吗？快来分享你的 MS 经吧。
